Xantar offers four days of intense activity packed with experiences to discover and enjoy, including the International Meeting on Sustainable and Healthy Gastronomy. These activities are geared towards both professionals and enthusiasts and aim to promote a balanced diet based on quality products. Live cooking demonstrations with top chefs, guided tastings, pairings, tastings, expert lectures, presentations of innovative products… To accommodate this extensive program of activities, Xantar will have three gastronomic classrooms, a tasting room and a Wine Tunnel.
